A Day in the Life ... of a Monk

Each of the monks has his own room, which we call 'cells', though they are more comfortable than prison cells! My cell is also the Parish Office.

My life as a monk is based upon the strong and constant love of our Saviour Christ Jesus the Lord. He loves us all and is always at our side to help, to guide and to heal. He has given us the Holy Spirit, to pray in our hearts, and to reach out to others through us. In the very varied routine of the monastery, Jesus is always present to lead us to the Father. praise and honour be His for ever.
