All Saints Chapel |
| This is a quiet place for prayer, and is often used for communion. | ![]() |
| Behind the altar are the symbols of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, together with the 'Agnus Dei'. This is the symbol of Jesus as the Lamb of God. | |
In the past, lambs were killed as a sacrifice in the Jewish temple in Jerusalem. Christians believe that, like the lambs, Jesus' death on the cross is also a sacrifice - one that brings God's forgiveness for the wrong things people have done. You can read about this in The Bible, John chapter 1 verse 29. |

The crowns behind the altar are a symbol of all saints. |
