This Chapel is dedicated to Mary the Mother of Jesus. There is a blue colour scheme. Blue is an ancient symbol of purity and traditionally the colour of Mary.

There is a tapestry of Mary with the baby Jesus.

The East Window
The great East Window is the biggest area of medieval stained glass in the world. It shows the stories of the first and last books of the Bible - Genesis and Revelation - about the beginning and end of the world. The stonework of the window is being restored - this will take many years.
