The RAF Chapel

This chapel is dedicated to those in the Royal Air Force who died in the Battle of Britain between July and October 1940.

A service of thanksgiving is held in their memory each year, and a Book of Remembrance holds their names.

The modern stained glass windows include pictures of airmen, to show that Christian faith is relevant to even the most difficult times of life.
