I Go To A Quaker Meeting

The Quaker Tapestry

If you are ever in the Lake District, near Kendal, you could perhaps go to see the beautiful Tapestry in the Meeting House there. It was made by as many Quakers as possible from all over the world. It tells the Quaker story from George Fox onwards. Everyone, even young children, were encouraged to put in at least one stitch. It was a tremendous project, which brought Quakers together in a special fellowship. Friends indeed!
