The Apocrypha

Roman Catholics include this section in their Bibles. This is a collection of Jewish books written between 200BCE and 100CE. Some of the books are poetry books, some of the books are history books, accounts of events that took place a long time ago. One story, 'Bel and the Dragon' is really a detective story.

Protestant Christians (and Jews) do not include these books in their Scriptures.
