Jesus is concerned that we have 'fullness of life'. However, fullness according to Jesus wasn't necessarily one free of suffering. Jesus forewarned his followers that they would suffer. 'Fullness of life' is not about having health or possessions, but more about having a relationship with God, with others and a feeling of rightness about yourself.

It is possible for a dying person to have fullness of life. This verse definitely does not say that euthanasia is allowable in certain circumstances.
